3The discount will be available from the next visit.
4The Card holder should accept the terms & conditions. The Card without signature is considered invalid.
5The Card must be shown in respective counters before taking any service & to avail discount, respective card holder must present and show a government issued identification card.
6Discount is not available on credit sales and also when booking is routed through any travel Agent/ Commission Agent.
7Offers will not be available in conjunction with any other offer i.e. in force or allowed.
8The card holder is responsible for safe custody of the card and loss must be immediately Brought to the notice of the management.
9Hotel Holiday Resort (p) Ltd. (HHR) reserves the right to change any term and conditions without Assigning any reason without notice.
10In case of lost, a new card can be issued on payment of Rs.700/- (Rupees Seven Hundred Only) plus GST
11HHR reserves the right to issue / reject such card to withdraw at any point of time without assigning any reason.

13The Privilege Card is the sole property of hotel holiday resort.
14Members are entitled for 20% Discount on Room,Food,Gym,Spa . The discount cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or special offers.
